- Hospitality and Event Management experience for over 15 years within large listed groups of companies in Middle Ease Region. My experience spans Event Management, Entertainment, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, F&B and Customer Care experience.
- Significant experience in improving high quality of services and end results with very strong market and culture knowledge for business opportunities, operational excellence and building trust and strong relationships with companies, government organizations and individuals.
- Expert in using different event bookings software Opera Hotel Edition, Delphi program, Fedelio & Ungerboeck.
- Understanding of Events operations needs & requirements starting from bookings, set up, audio visual and health & safety procedures.
- Strong experience in managing P&L, operations, budgeting, planning, forecasting, policies &procedures.
- Leading, managing and motivating large business and operation teams.
