I am a mechanical engineering student at RIT Dubai with strong interests in design, performance optimization, and real-world engineering applications. I am seeking an internship to expand my engineering experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and advance my professional growth within a dynamic environment.

Technical Workshop Training (1.5 months): Applied mechanical principles to perform inspections, diagnose faults, and ensure system reliability. Interpreted sensor data, fault codes, and diagnostic indicators to support troubleshooting. Performed maintenance procedures, including brake replacement, oil and filter changes, and torque verification, following BMW engineering standards.

Conducted root-cause analysis under the supervision of senior technicians to identify mechanical failures. Followed strict safety, precision, and quality-control procedures consistent with BMW workshop engineering protocols.

After-Sales Customer Service Exposure (1.5 months): Assisted service advisors with customer check-ins, appointment scheduling, and coordination. Created job cards and communicated technical issues clearly to both customers and the workshop team. Contributed to smooth service operations and enhanced customer satisfaction. Communicated technical issues between customers and workshop engineers, ensuring accurate translation of mechanical symptoms into actionable diagnostic steps

Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology (Dubai). Relevant coursework includes thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, machine design, and engineering materials. Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and Excel for modeling, analysis, and reporting. Completed hands-on projects, including a solar panel cleaning system prototype (mechanism and automation design) and multiple CAD and heat-transfer projects.
