Check the Method statements, ITP, PQAP & Check Lists as per Project specification.
Check the drawings & documents used at site for approval and compliance with project requirements.
Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements & drawings and all equipment's used are calibrated & with valid certificates.
To submit Site Inspection Requests in Co-ordination with Site / Project Engineers.
To conduct Inspections of all ongoing activities for MEP Installations & Material Deliveries
Identifying NCRs / Defects / Snag lists and Follow-up with Construction Team for Corrective & Preventive action on the same effectively.
Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly site QA/QC reports.
Maintaining all QA/QC Records (Inspection Requests, Material Inspection Request, Installation Check Lists, Test Records, NCRs, Snag lists etc.) at site.
Verify the absence of scraps / excess materials in store.
Coordinating with all MEP services; HVAC, Chilled Water System, Plumbing System, Fire Fighting.
As per Maximo work order doing Preventing Maintenance for All HAVC Units AHU, FCU, BCU and Smoke Exhaust Fan.
Attending the all types complaints of troubleshooting for all HVAC units temperature issue, condensation and water leakage etc..
Co-ordinate with client /Consultant/Contractor.
