By standardizing processes, strengthening internal controls, and improving cross functional collaboration, I reduced the monthly close cycle from 15 days to 8 days, improved margin visibility, and enhanced management’s ability to act on timely, reliable financial insights.

Previously at Schneider Electric, I led a full cycle Oracle Financials EBS implementation covering finance, projects, manufacturing, and SCM. I supported complex project costing, milestone billing, revenue recognition, and working capital optimization, successfully reducing DSO from 110 days to 60 days and improving cash flow. I also played a key role in the organization’s Oracle to SAP transition, ensuring continuity of financial controls and reporting.
