A senior commercial lawyer with 14 years' technology-focused experience, including:

Advising on and negotiating technology and commercial licensing agreements (e.g. XaaS and on-premise) across a range of service-types and sectors including e-commerce, fintech/ financial services, adtech and martech.
Advising on and negotiating agreements for consulting and managed services, statements of work, work orders and scopes of work.

Regulatory and Operational:

Regulatory and compliance advisory, including financial services and consumer marketing regulations (e.g. UK ASA and CAP Rules, New Deal for Consumers and Omnibus Directive), as well as e-money and digital currency and stored value instruments (e.g. gift cards and loyalty schemes) and price establishment laws.
