I am a product of different countries and cultures with a very diverse background. I was born in Iraq, grew up in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). My passion is to play an important role in the world in the field of mechanical engineering.

It's been my dream since I was young, and I followed a path through my studies and research to expand my knowledge to stay on track and eventually achieve my goal of being an experienced professional in this area and be able to have significant impact. Senior MEP Engineer at Binghatti Projects (Present)

Lead and manage MEP systems installation, testing, and commissioning across multiple high-rise residential projects

• Lead and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and gas works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficient execution, resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining high-quality standards
• Review and validate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements prior to execution
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to site engineers, supervisors, and workforce to ensure proper understanding of drawings and scope of work
• Ensure full compliance of MEP works with project specifications, international standards, local authority regulations, and project timelines
• Plan, monitor, and control project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to avoid delays
• Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and cost control, including billing, material tracking, and wastage minimization
• Prepare and present detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain documentation systems to track productivity, quality, and project milestones
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems with overall project works
• Lead inspections, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring successful handover in line with project requirements
• Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards across all MEP activities on site
