To whom it may concern,
Having arrived to Dubai recently and Dubai being my new home, I wish to submit my candidacy to join your front of house team regarding the position of Head Sommelier.
The restaurant industry is my career and passion. I truly believe in a continuing path of learning indefinitely as a Sommelier, as a manager, and a human being;
