 Manage and supervise the operations of the design team and the department as a whole to produce detailed engineering drawings for Aluminum façade.

 Studying contract documents, Tender and architectural drawings

 Drafting and checking of drawings. Co-coordinating with design engineers especially in High Rise

Building Construction, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Tower

 Review and comment of design drawings, coordinate and resolve issues

 Prepare of design concept in accordance with contract specification, standards, contract drawings, BOQ within the project cost and preparation of technical proposal of a project with emphasis on the overall view of project guidelines

 Attend weekly meetings with different departments to follow up the work and cooperation with other departments such as (site, planning, production

 Raising RFI'S and variations if required to clarify the design issues with main contractor and consultant and follow ups

 Assessment, organizing & prioritizing the design works.

 Manage schedule of drawing submission.

 Provides input to the project reports including Project Monthly Reports, Quarterly Report, and the Project

Completion Report.

 I have knowledge of structural calculations, which helps me on having the best solution in design

 Meeting with Main Contractor/Consultant for Technical clarifications

 Establishes and maintains WBS (Work breakdown Structure), project master schedule.

 Understanding and comprehension of local and statutory building codes

 Responsible to review structural and architectural drawings and prepare shop drawings for aluminum and glazing work of the project in accordance with the complete scope of work in terms of quantity and specification in line with the BOQ for approval of Client/Consultant. (Plans, elevations, section &details).

 Preparation of proposal drawings as requested from the consultant (in coordination with tendering department) which will be submitted along with the quotation

 Revise & resubmit the drawings (if needed) as per consultant’s comments and requirement until approval is achieved.

 Preparation of final cutting size drawings for curtain walls, doors, windows, louvers, cladding panel, back pan etc. (essential attachment in cutting list order)

 Preparation of fabrication drawings for installation requirements as per site condition like, custom made
