I have 10 years experienced in Surface Treatment Department. I had done Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Sonepat. I have broad experienced in Paint Application, Pretreatment Process, Surface Treatment, Shot Blasting & Liquid Paint shop, Painting booths, Paint Mixing, Viscosity, Powder Coating and Surface Coating, DM Water Plant and knowledge of Painted/Powder Coated Material Testing ( Short Term Testing & Long Term Testing)-DFT, Gloss Test, Adhesion Test, Impact Test & MIBK /XYLENE Rubbing Test, Salt Spray Test, Humidity etc.
Maintain all documentation of Paint Shop Production and Quality.
