Duties and Responsibilities

• Development of Baseline (EPC) program, Tender programs, recovery programs, revised program, and look ahead programs.

• Monitoring project execution and evaluating Performance using EVMS (Earned Value Management System).
• Coordinating with various project parties to ensure smooth and timely progress of project control.
• Reviewing, Evaluating, and analysing the contractor’s or subcontractor’s program, claim and monthly bill.
• Monitored and coordinated the Subcontractor's progress on-site and ensured their adherence and compliance to the project schedule.
• Assisted in preparing Claims for Extension of Time and performed impact analysis.
• Preparation of engineering submittals, Procurement & Delivery schedule.
• Followed up on the projects’ progress with the project teams and Key Performance Indicators accordingly.
• Identifying the delayed activities and creating the relevant corrective actions.
• Drafting the contractual letters to different parties as necessary.
• Assisted in cost control activities (quantities, past expenses and delays, present and future commitments and variation orders), prepare the cost breakdown and the cash flow in order to analyse budget deviations.
• To prepare regular reports and providing a complete analysis of the major deviations in terms of planning and cost.
• Prepared the weekly and monthly reports for client review.
• Monitor day to day work progress (DPR) and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report
