• Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned service and ancillary buildings, managing construction activities from structural works through architectural finishing, testing, inspections, snagging, and final handover.
• Plan and control daily site activities, work sequences, manpower requirements, materials, and subcontractor priorities to achieve planned milestones.
• Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP interfaces, resolving site constraints and ensuring smooth work progression.
• Review construction drawings and specifications, identify technical conflicts, and coordinate required clarifications with the consultant and project team.
• Monitor execution of raft foundations, waterproofing, reinforcement, concrete works, precast elements, parapets, and finishing packages in accordance with approved drawings and method statements.

• Held direct site responsibility for the delivery of 74 luxury villas within a 146-villa high-end residential development, progressing works from structural construction through finishing and handover.
• Managed daily execution activities including setting out coordination, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete works, waterproofing, precast installation, screed, plaster, tiling, gypsum, painting, aluminum, façade works, and final finishes.
• Followed up subcontractors on a daily basis, assigning work fronts, monitoring manpower productivity, checking work quality, and ensuring activities were completed in the correct sequence.
• Coordinated MEP interfaces with civil and architectural works to prevent clashes, maintain work fronts, and ensure services were properly incorporated before closing ceilings, walls, and finishes.
• Conducted site inspections and prepared Inspection Requests (IRs), coordinated consultant inspections, addressed comments, and followed through until approvals and closure.
