KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

TECHNICAL SERVICES AND R&D:

Improved inventory control costs by reducing damages and stock-outs.
Identified inefficiencies and implemented process improvements in areas such as safety, quality, and production.
To manage the flow of goods, information, and other resources, including energy and people, between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet the requirements of the management (targets) and consumers frequently.
Providing the technical recipe for different types of Carry Bag, Shopping bags & lamination grade PE.
Market Sample analysis for new development and preparing pre-costing of the product.
Customer visits for better improvement in our product quality and providing the CA/PA for the complaints.
Manpower adjustment & shift schedule preparation with the Coordination of all departments
Reviewing job specifications/Sales Orders for each job as per customer requirements.

QUALITY /PRODUCTION

Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance to audit parameters.
Spearhead team efforts pertaining to QMS review, Customer complaint analysis for identification and resolution of root causes of issues for delivering a superior quality product.
Training & suggestions provided to the production team for productivity with quality.
Providing Quality certificates and maintaining internal documents as per ISO requirements.
Circulating daily, weekly, and monthly reports of internal Quality issues to all concerned departments.
Providing Training for Internal & External (Customer) major complaints to the Operation team.
Auditing process and giving feedback to the processing team for any kind of deviation or improvement.
Involvement in Customer Audits like ISO, ECAS, and SASO Audit for maintaining quality documents for audits.
Manage and records customer complaints according to company standards and coordinate with the operation team and implement corrective actions effectively.
Involvement in Customer/Supplier Meetings and Supplier Evaluation.
Conducting the trials for Extrusion, Printing, and lamination, and providing technical support for the new developments and for any kind of deviation in the existing process.
Preparing and maintaining trial reports of every new development and trial sample for final approval.
