I’m a Mechanical Designer for more than 4 years, and I'm looking for designing projects with new ideas in the field, I'm a patient and dedicated professional. I become the first one from Sudan as Solidworks champion among other 460 champions around the world, also the first CSWE in Sudan, and a Mechanical design mentor in team Sudan in FGC(First Global Challenge) 2021 and we came in 4th place among 177 countries around the world.

I co-founded Switch group at Sudan University of Science and Technology in 2019. My skills include computer programming with MATLAB, presentations design, and the Japanese language (Beginner), and I designed different designs and projects

• Scanned physical parts by 3D scanner; to digitize them. • Modeled scanned files using Geomagic Design X; to create parametric CAD files. • Prepared 2D drawings following the standards and GD&T rules for manufacturing. • Verified some physical parts dimensions with calipers and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• Checked threads in physical parts with standard gauges to identify the type.
• Performed FEA, and CFD analysis for some parts to validate the design under operating conditions, using Ansys, and SolidWorks.
• Designed some concepts and functional products. • Helped the individuals in the team to become certified in SolidWorks

Freelancing Hybrid Mechanical Designer April 2018 to May 2022

• Designed 3d model by SolidWorks depending on customers’ dimensions or the concept design stage.
• Created drawings for manufacturing or for assembly, with the exploded view, BOM, 3 standard views, GD&T, etc., all of that by SolidWorks. •

Simulated real-world conditions for the design based on its function of it, using SolidWorks FEA, CFD, and rigid body dynamics.

• Created Animation or motion analysis on the design and create videos for the exploded view or design functionality using SolidWorks.
• Rendered design and created realistic photo rendering using SolidWorks Visualize.
