• Presently managing Major Replacement projects in liaise with Daikin, Trane, Carrier & LG, by providing HVAC design (Shop drawings, Heat load calculations, Electrical SLD, Distribution load schedule for Low voltage level modifications & Proposing solutions based on site conditions)
• Proficient in overseeing Administration and Management of Large sized facilities, Office spaces etc. Adept in interfacing internal Depts / Service Providers to ensure smooth flow of day-to-day business operations.
• Expertise in Preparing budgets, review monthly financial reports including preparation of accruals and variance analysis and reviews with Concern authorities.

• Works with information systems and Human resources departments to coordinate new hires and terminations.
• Promoting Value added services such as Critical Management, Risk Management, Technical due diligence of the sites etc.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures, SOPs, conducting trainings to support staff.
