Currently serving as a Senior Global TAC Support Engineer at Palo Alto Networks (through Movate Technologies), I have had the privilege of managing high-priority accounts across the EMEA region. In this role, I have led the resolution of escalated security incidents and driven efforts to enhance network performance and reliability. My expertise spans Prisma Access, Strata Firewalls, SASE architecture, and Zero Trust Security Models, with in-depth knowledge of IPSec/SSL VPN deployments.
