I'm Shafeer Sameen, and I am currently working as a cashier at AL RAHA MALL. With six years of extensive experience in this role, I have honed my skills in handling transactions efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records. My commitment to delivering a positive shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction has been a key part of my professional journey.

I am adept at managing cash registers, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all my duties.

I have accumulated a diverse range of experience over the years. Since 2023, I have been working as a cashier at Lulu Hyper Market in AL RAHA MALL, Abu Dhabi, where I manage an average of transactions per day with minimal errors and consistently maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurate financial records. From 2020 to 2023, I worked as a Salesman at Trans Asia PVT LTD in Colombo, Sri Lanka, where I excelled in customer satisfaction and inventory management.

In 2018, I served as an Audit Trainee at Wazeer Private Hospital in Matale, where I assisted in developing audit plans, tested internal controls, analyzed financial statements, ensured compliance with laws and regulations, and attended training sessions to stay updated on auditing practices. Additionally, from 2014 to 2017, I worked as a cashier at My Burger Restaurant in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka, where I was recognized as Employee of the Month for exceptional performance, trained new cashiers, and implemented an efficient order-taking system. Throughout my career, I have consistently achieved high customer satisfaction scores and have been recognized in multiple performance reviews for my dedication and excellence.

My educational background is both diverse and robust. I completed my Ordinary Level education in 2014 at MT/AJMEER National School and subsequently earned a Diploma in English in 2015. From 2014 to 2017, I attended Golden College, where I successfully completed my Advanced Level studies.

During this time, I also studied at ICBT Campus, where I completed the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) program up to the second stage. This comprehensive educational foundation has equipped me with a strong academic background and the skills necessary for my professional endeavors.
