I am Mohan Raj, have more than 20 years’ experience in Oil and Gas. I am a graduate engineer having additional qualifications in Welding, Painting, Lifting Inspection, QA/QC and Non-Destructive Testing. I have Level-III qualification in Non-Destructive Testing from ASNT and ISO organizations.

I have sound knowledge in Inspection of static equipments and related non-destructive testing. I am currently located in United Arab Emirates. I am looking for offer either in UAE or Europe, UK, USA

General: Having more than 30 years experience in Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing, Painting inspection, Welding inspection, QA/QC activities. Most of the inspection activities are in the in-service and fabrication industry. Having wide hands on exposure to all sort of NDT techniques, both in conventional and advance techniques. Having significant skill in problem solving area of inspection and Non-Destructive Testing.

Auditing: Major exposure to audits within the company and participate in external audits on behalf of companies. Conducts inspection audits, NDT audits, Radiation safety audits, Painting inspection audits, QA/QC audits. NDT audit at various Clients places and ensure their training and certification schemes meets the requirement of company written practice.

All their NDT schemes are audited to ensure they are performing as per the approved procedures. . Internal audit on yearly basis, participate in shareholders audit. Conduct audit on all ongoing jobs, Vendor location audit, Service supplier audit on behalf of Client.

ASME Pre-audit participation and Final audit for various Code jobs (ASME sec-V, ASME Sev-I, ASME Sec-VIII Div-1, 2, ASME B31.1).
