• Identifying the root cause and providing the solution for trouble tickets including ensuring minimum downtime for all outages.
• Configuring police alarm, different client base services
• Maintaining the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) figures for new services.
• Raise request to ISD for expansion in existing system. 
• Carrying out all the Planned Hazardous Conditions & Outages related to section.
