My goal is to obtain an administrative position within the Education field. With over four years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), I feel I have the skill set to create, organise and manage a department that will transform the language barriers that exist within the school. I have the skills to inspire both students and teachers through creative and dynamic teaching methods.
I have honed my leadership skills through directing a team. I have managed day to day functions, while also evaluating school needs, and monitored staff and students within the Department. I feel my experience of being a bilingual S.E.N. teacher, also allows me to be able to distinguish between the S.E.N. student and the E.S.L. student.
I have more than 10 years experience in Teaching and leading SEN department.
