• Primary Research Activities: conducting trade and expert interviews whether face-to-face or telephone interviews. Those methodologies have been utilized to target different positions to obtain qualitative and quantitative information and insights
•  Secondary Research Activities: performing extensive desk research to gather the existing information relevant for the objectives on the performed project
• Web-Scraping Techniques; utilizing different software such as WebHarvy and Instant Data Scaper to extract data from multiple websites, mainly related to consumer goods
• Data Analysis and Mining Techniques: using data analysis software such as SPSS and Tableau for complex quantitative studies 
• Report Writing: ability to consolidate the gathered data and insights in a comprehensive manner that would equip decision makers for informed decisions
