I have more than 7 years of experience in testing and commissioning.

During this period, I worked on more than 10 projects (Power Planets and substations) in different countries (Qatar, KSA, UAE, Iraq, and Egypt).

I tested (GIS SWGR from 66 to 500 KV, Transformers, LV&MV SWGRS, and Protection relays from simple to advanced).

I am familiar with (ABB, GE, Siemens, and Micom protection relays) and with IEC61850 which I made Goose communication at LV SWGR to achieve the required interlocks.

I have a passion for continuous learning, troubleshooting, and new challenges.

• Create a schedule of commissioning activities for each stage of the process.
• Review and revise project drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Review and revise Project Protection Devices Configuration.
• Perform all the tests for Protection Relays (Siemens, ABB, Micom, GE).
• Perform power plant/substation commissioning activities.
• Review and test plant interlocking (powerhouse - Substation).
• Responsible for preparing red markup copy and as-built drawing for all involved systems.
• Perform all the tests needed in GIS (500 KV, 400 KV, 220 KV, 132 KV, 66KV, 33 KV, and 22 KV), (LCC scheme checking, interlock, Breaker timing, contact resistance, Hi-pot test, and partial discharge)
• Familiar with IEC61850 for protection relays (Siemens, ABB, and Micom) Goose massage between Relays and Station signals for SAS.
• Prepare all the test sheets for the tests and compare the results with the international standards (IEC).
• Performing training internally for my colleagues and externally to the owner.
