Monitor and verify activities to ensure that all raw and frozen meat products leaving the facility meets food safety and quality standards. Handling customer complaints; participate in addressing corrective and preventive actions including conducting root cause analysis. Physio-Chemical analysis of intermediate and finished products and documentation of results.
Identify the non-conformance and communicate with the person concerned for proper corrective actions. Manages training needs and staff performance within area of responsibility.
