Currently, I am working with Ufone 4G as Operations Sales Coordinator, which includes Sales reporting and backend support to Regional Retail Team.

My previous diversified and in-depth professional work experience at Ufone - Subsidiary of Etisalat with a record of excellent performance at professional, communication, and analytical skills has enabled me to present myself as a potential candidate for a suitable position in your organization, which can fulfill my desire for professional development and provide an excellent opportunity for career growth.

I was working as Key Account Manger manager in priority services department under the umbrella of Customer Operations (COPS) with core responsibility of managing assigned portfolio of 1500 clients ensuring to provide superior personalized services by direct contact, customer visit, KYC (Know Your Customer) and other Value Adding Services enhancing their overall customer experience with the customer for high level of customer retention and least level of dormancy..

My previous work experience includes the position of Finance & Customer Care Executive at Ufone customer care center with the core responsibilities of satisfying customer by resolving their issues, providing proper resolutions to their complaints and at answer their queries regarding the product and services along with up-selling and offering new Value Added Services (VAS) including all I was working as an acting Assistant Manager of customer care center which includes all admin work and coordination with other departments and escalation of the issues faced by the customers to the relevant departments.

The above exposure to a wide spectrum of patrons with a variety of work experience and professional & system skills has provided me with an insider view of the key business processes within an organization.
