Site Management: Managing site prior to the commencement of construction work, and personnel management. Client liaison and a variety of professional tradesmen, supervising contracted staff and meeting with sub-contractors. Site safety and equipment inspections, ensuring health & safety and site regulations.

Project Management: Organizing and facilitating the complete construction process for all managed developments, from planning through to delivery. Responsible for all phases of construction and quality control, with budgetary controls. Quality control management on site, maintaining safe & productive construction site. Ensuring health and safety site regulations and procedures were followed on all projects.

Electrician: Surveying and drafting electrical systems for installation. Installing, maintaining, repairing all electrical circuits & equipment. Test and verify pre-installed & newly installed electrical systems and verifying to ensure 18th edition BS 7671 rules and code - following health & safety and fire regulations.

Training: Site manager and team leader, ensuring safe and secure environment for all tradesmen and to motivate and guide them to achieve their assigned goal and support them in learning new skills so that they gain confidence, and develop a healthy career with future opportunities
