Processing online application for EXPO Access Pass in AMS EXPO portal for both persons and vehicles.
Delivery Management System (DMS) processing online vehicle pass for delivery/Collection.
Coordinate with Expo Security supervisor to clear and solve problem at entrance.
Coordinate with EXPO Admin team to collect EXPO Access Pass and solve problem of EXPO visitors pass.
During EXPO2020 Events,
(ALO) Accreditation Liaising Office, Liaising with Accreditation and VAPP team to arrange Accreditation Pass and (VAPP) Vehicle Access Parking Permit.

Site Responsibilities,
Using the Online Company System (Workpoint) for Plant hire, off-hire, plant extension, Plant replacement, Plant movement & Diesel.
- Arranging all the type Asphalt, earth work, Lifting, Non operative Equipments and Construction vehicles like Mobile cranes, Telehandlers, Paver Finishers, PTR, Double Drum Roller, Grader, Single Drum Roller, Skid loader, Wheel Loader, Bulldozer, Tracked Excavator, Wheeled Excavator, Backhoe loader, Dumper, Dump Truck, Heavy tipper trucks 18M3/45M3, Pick-ups 3T, 7T, 9T, Flat bed trailers, sewage Tanker, potable water Tanker, Truck Crane, heavy buses, Diesel Generators, Air Compressors, Mobile generator lights, Welding machines and De-watering pump through our Plant Department and then deliver them to site as per company policy.
- Responsible to mobilize and de-mobilize Equipments in construction area.
- Maintain tracking for both vehicles and Machines.
- Maintain tracking of Airport pass of vehicles and Drivers.
- Communicate fulltime with PM, Site Agent, Engineers, Foreman, Trip checkers, Drivers, Operators regarding Transports/Equipments problem and then solve through exist company recourses.
- Coordinate with diesel department and keeping record both hard and soft copy.
- Verify the daily Transport Time sheets of Logistics team.
- Arranging drinking water for site manpower.
- Prepare daily schedule of Tipper truck for asphalt/wet mix, back filling, excavation, site use and garbage removal and then send it to all accommodation to display in notice.
- Arranging potable water for curing, site use, site office, Clint office & Consultant office.
- Arranging RTA road permission through PRO for shifting of Porta cabins.
- Preparing Two Week Plant Lookahead as per site requirement.
- Prepare documents for Airport Airside/landside passes for vehicles, Constructions Equipments, Operators, Drivers, suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Arranging Airport entry/exit pass for Equipments and materials.
- Update the daily vehicle break down report.
- Update & weekly reports of Equipments/Transports.
- Coordinate with suppliers & Transporters (inside & outside from company).
- Excellent knowledge ordering, issuing & keeping records of Equipments.
- Following the Dubai Engineering Airport Projects rules for Logistics and transports.
