My name is Muhammad Imran, I am working as General Accountant in a transportation company for last two years. I have served as amanager Finance and Accounts in Pharmaceuticals manaufacturing comany for four years. I started my career in a chartered Accountant firm where I spend one and half year. I am inspire to work in an Audit, management consultancy or business consultancy firm where I could get the opportunity to polish my skill set which I gained from my qualification and previous career.
Currently, I am working as General Accountant in a Transportation company for the last two years.
My duties here are but are not limited to:
Reconciliation of Customers and Vendors Ledgers.
Managing daily payments to vendors according to the plan decided with vendors.
Managing collection through timely reminders to the customers based on the plan decided with them
Preparation of job-based, project-based, and monthly profitability Statements for the Manager.
Involved in routine operational activities e.g. updating vehicles into RTA, keeping track and scheduling for vehicle renewals, generating Passes for vehicles to enter into Free and Economic Zone, etc.
Calculation & filing of periodic VAT Return
I worked as Assistant Manager of Finance & Accounts in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company (A subsidiary of a conglomerate of Pharmaceutical manufacturing and textiles manufacturing).
My duties here were but were not limited to
Supervising daily journal entries.
Processing payment to all parties according to the company,s policies.
Calculation and timely payment of salaries.
Calculation and payment to Social Security & Employees Old Age Benefits Institute according to local legislation.
Monthly Stock takes, material co=nsupmtion reconciliations and material usage yield, and economy
Adjustment to Trial Balance and closure of Trial after completion of Annual External Audit.
Assist the Manager of Accounts in the preparation of bi-annually and annual Financial Statements.
Preparation of reports required by the Management and directors.
Liaison with manufacturing & Sales & Marketing teams.
Involved in adopting upgraded Accounting Software and redesigning Accounting processes and Systems.
Involved in keeping track of construction of new manufacturing facility and making payments to contracts based on work done, and according to the agreement.
