Supervise factory operations to ensure production target, quality standard, and project deadlines are consistently met.
Manage procurement of aluminum & glazing works materials and accessories to maintain smooth and timed production. I have strong knowledge in aluminum (thermal break & non thermal) sections and very good connections from the following extrusion factories: Gulf extrusion, Emirates extrusion, White aluminum extrusion, Arabian extrusion. Also, I have worked with the following aluminum systems in various projects: Technal (the most used system I worked with because of the quality/value they provide), Gutmann, Schuco (dealt with them for laminated hand rails only), AluK
- Emissa Tower, Meshairef in Ajman, G+23 floors. Aluminum & glazing works cost 5.2 Million AED: The curtain wall system that was used is from local extrusion and for the openables (doors and windows) we used Technal system. The glazing was double glazing (6+12+6)
- Baiy Tower, Majan in Dubai, G+2B+14 floors. Aluminum & Glazing cost 3 Million AED: The curtain wall system and openables were all local extrusion. The glazing was double glazing (6+12+6). The balconies hand rails were mix between the conventional aluminum U channels fixed on the slab and Stainless Steel wall mounted glass standoff accessories
- Maya townhouses by Andalusia, Legends in Dubai, 30 townhouse villas. Aluminum & Glazing works cost 1.1 Million AED: The curtain wall system was from local extrusion, while the sliding doors system were from Technal. The glazing was double glazing (6+12+6)
- Al Majd2 By ASAS, Industrial area 18 in Sharjah, G+2p+7 floors. Aluminum and Glazing works cost 1.5 Million AED: The curtain wall system and openables were all local extrusion. The glazing was double glazing (6+12+6)
- Courtyard shopping mall, Al rahmania suburb in Sharjah, 10 blocks cluster. Aluminum and Glazing Works cost 1.3 Million AED: The curtain wall for this project was from Gulf extrusion. Most of the glass facade here was in the range of 5 meter in height and between 4-7 meters in width. The glazing was double glazing ( 8+12+8). and for the aluminum cover plate, a 9 cm and 2.5 cm cover plates were used to give the facade a modern art style. The aluminum pergolas were from 20cmX20cm aluminum boxes and 10cmX10cm aluminum boxes in between and each one was made separately in accordance to the site condition and real measurements. Also, we did the same but for 5 blocks in Buhaira, Sharjah, in front of Hotel Holiday International and the cost was 500,000 AED

Sharjah Eye tower is a residential tower located in Al Tawoun area in Shariah with a structural area of 4000m2.
- Following the structural work (Reinforcement + Form-work)

- Following the finishing progress while making sure the sub-contractors are complying with the contract method statement
- Attending the weekly and monthly meeting with the consultant regarding the construction progress
- Preparing the weekly/monthly required temporary/permanent materials that the site required
- Preparing the weekly/monthly look ahead program for the client
Project Engineer at ARABTEC CONSTRUCTION (2012-05 – 2015-12)
Worked in different civil projects which include construction of multiple villa projects across Dubai.
- Construction of 523 villas in JVC, Dubai (Single villas+ town houses): Mainly I was following the inspections for concrete per-pouring with JAFZA and the consultant. Calculating the daily required concrete quantities and distributing the man power accordingly
- Construction of 1240 villas in Al Barsha, Dubai (Single villas): Mainly I was following the roofing works which include the application of the water proofing system, the timber structure and the layout of the roof clay tiles, and coordinating with the MEP team for their roofing works to make sure that everything is according to the project program
- Construction of 95 villas in Arabian Ranches, Dubai (Town houses+ Luxury villas): Mainly I was following the internal and external per-plastering, plaster rush coat, and plaster filling. Applying the paint according to the painting schemes
- Construction of 160 villas in DSO, Dubai (single villas+ Town hoses): Mainly I was the MEP-Civil coordinator. Additionally, I was responsible for the False Ceiling sections and the spray plaster coordinating with our Logistic team for our construction plan to be strictly followed
- Construction of 1582+316 villas in Al qudra street (Al Reem1 project), Town houses: Mainly I was following the structural works inside this project starting from the excavation up to the casting of the villas parapet. We used the tunnel system in this project which we cast the columns and the slab of a floor together so they will work as a frame system

I have spent three months training as a site engineer for Almawarid contracting Co. at Sareh Al Emarat tower in shariah, Buhira.and from them i have learned the very basic skills needed for a site engineer to begin with.
