Out of my 31 years of tenure, I spent 16 years of my services for Outbound/Inbound and Event management for Corporate sector (GIT & MICE) and for all such Events I travelled to almost 25 Countries.
I am proud to claim that I am one man army and with God’s blessing I am capable of handling the following services as single handed person:
- Communication with clients (via email or visit) for subject bidding of Group travel or event.
- Communication and negotiation with local and foreign vendors (worldwide) for group quotes.
- Preparation and submission of Quotation via online or offline mode as per given timelines.
- Coordination with Visa department, Respective Consulate or Embassy for Group visas for Required destination(s).
- Coordination with Airlines sales office for group tickets and competitive fares.
- Coordination with foreign vendors to arrange the required services for group which may include but not limited to ;
International or Domestic Airline Tickets, Train tickets, Hotel Accommodation, Venue booking for Conference/Seminar/Product launch/Award ceremony/Gala dinner/Musical night , Arrangement for Event Speaker, DJ, Singers, Sound system, Group Transportation, Cruise or boat trip, Travel insurance, Sightseeing Tours, Desert Safari/Jungle safari, excursions , Pilgrimage tours including visit to SA for Hajj & Umrah, Charter flight and so on.
I come from a managerial background and have substantial familiarity with aspects such as;
Event logistics, budget management, corporate hospitality, venue marketing and delegate management, Cost control, Staff hiring and training, Team building, Launching incentive schemes, Helping HR for preparation of Job description, Preparation of targets for profit centers, Follow up of targets with team leaders .
