• Construction: Excellent working knowledge in engineering and construction laws and to negotiate, draft, review and advise upon, all required legal and contractual documentation in relation to construction-related issues including construction contracts (FIDIC and bespoke), tender, collateral warranties, performance and advance payment guarantees, performance bonds sub-contracts etc.
• Risk management, Legal Compliance, Policy, and Procedure, Legal Budget, Trademark, and Cyber Crime: Proven record to provide risk management advisory (Identification, assessment, mitigation plan, and implementation) to mitigate the legal and commercial risk of day-to-day transactions of the corporation according to the internal policies, relevant laws, and regulations. Advised on and laid out various policies and procedures for the smooth operation of the company. Have been actively involved in the registration of trademarks and Cyber Crime issues.
• Dispute Settlement, Arbitration Litigation Management: Experienced with the arbitration procedure and handled independently various real estate Arbitration cases in DIAC, Sharjah International commercial arbitration Centre, chamber and reconciliation, Ajman Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center, AD HOC Arbitration.
