In-charge and to monitor the performance of FM services MEP, & Civil works, Cleaning, Waste management, Security, Pest control, Landscaping Consumables, Event handling & Warehouse Inventory.
Develops, implements, monitors, evaluates, and supervises the operations of facility maintenance. Overseas and supervises the activities of subordinate staff; hires, assigns, trains, directs, schedules, and monitors staff duties; evaluates employee performance and initiates disciplinary actions when needed.

I have done three years diploma of associate engineer in Mechanical filed plus Eight years experience of UAE As Mechanical supervisor HVAC and Last three years Facility Supervisor.
