Operating Microsoft office 2003, 2007, 2010 & Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 10.
Update and maintain office filing, inventory, mailing, and database system
File management system for electronic and paper document organized.
Keep records of business transactions and other office activities
Performs an errand that assists daily function: Bank, Typing Office, Post Office etc.
Preparing documents for the Residence visa, Labor & Insurance Emirates cardetc.
Monitor and order office supplies.
Distribute/file all incoming mail.
Serves as a customer contact for billing inquiries
Performs basic billing collection and follow-up activities
Performs an errand that assists daily function: post office, bank, typing office ect.
