Leading the facilities department in the organization which is responsible for 17 public and private destinations as below:

Al Qasba.
Al Majaz.
Al Montazah water parks.
Al Montazah amusement and theme parks.
Al Noor island.
Heart of Sharjah heritage area.
Kshesha park public.
Shaghrafa park public.
Mleiha archelogy center.
Al Heera beach.
Khorfakkan beach.
Al Badayer retreat.
Al Fayaa retreat.
Moon retreat.
Kalba kingfisher retreat.
Al Bait hotel.
Sharjah Flag island.

Main responsibilities

Setting the facilities department strategies.
Coordinating the department mission with the CEO and the chairman.
Updating the latest technologies and implementing it in the department.
Training the facilities team to create efficient environment.
Setting the annual budget for the destinations.
Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
Allocate office space according to needs
Handle insurance plans and service contracts
Keep financial and non-financial records
Perform analysis and forecasting
