My name is Mwiche Chiluba, a Specialist in Emergency Medicine with eleven years’ experience as a General Practitioner inclusive of specialist training time, in South Africa, and five years’ experience as a Specialist. Attached is my curriculum vita showing extensive experience and qualifications.
I am hard working and I have had the privilege of building Emergency Room teams and systems in hospitals both in private and government in Zambia, that had almost non-functioning Emergency Care.
I have successfully coordinated and created efficient triage system which have been adopted and adapted countrywide, that have proven to have low mortality rate compared to previous statistics.
I pay great attention to every patient and I am exceptionally capable of building capacity within hospital I work from, and countrywide.
I have been working with country's only paramedic training college as a lecturer, curriculum reviewer and supervisor of paramedic interns.
I will not only be a good addition to your organisation, but I will also dedicate a lot of hard work and care into every patient care, capacity building and improvement of systems.
I believe that every patient must receive undivided attention from first contact right through to when other disciplines take over.
