With over 10 years of successful experience in customer service and customer response operations, I worked as Guest Services and Reception Supervisor for Jumeirah Beach Hotel which is one of Dubai’s five-star resorts. I have learned a great deal in my employment and education to date, which includes consistently displaying high quality, prompt and professional customer service which results in customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, provide highest attention to clients and ensure understanding fulfilment of all their needs, process customer transactions and respond to inquiries in a responsive, accurate and timely manner. Above my experience I have achieved a Certificate in food and beverage ,Certify lifeguard,Diploma in Human Resource Management ,and also a Diploma in Passenger Service Agent from Cabin Crew Direct UK.
I am highly committed, tenacious and resilient self-starter who is able to quickly understand a client’s needs and be able to organise company’s resources to satisfy their requirements. On a personal level I am open to any situation that is challenging, and which tests my abilities. I am a fast learner who is dependable, organized and computer savvy.
