Calibration of Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, D/P Flow Transmitters, D/P Level Transmitters, Displacer type Level Transmitters.

➢ Pre-commissioning and commissioning

➢ Calibration and function testing of fire and gas system.

➢ Configuration and Calibration of different types of Smart Family Transmitters such as Rosemount, E&H, Yokogawa, Honeywell ,Siemens HART Communicator.

➢ Calibration, Stroke checking, Maintenance and Trouble shooting of Control Valves and ON/OFF valves.

➢ Functional test and Gap Voltage setting of Key Phaser,Axial Movement and Radial Vibration Proximities.

➢ Carrying out Troubleshoot and replacements of Process instrument.

➢ Logic Checks, Cause& Effect’ tests of control and Shutdown Loops in DCS, ESD and F&G Systems.

➢ Crosschecking of P&ID, I/O schedules, Trip and alarm set-point sheets, System graphics and Alarm pages.

➢ Crosschecking and mark-up of Loop drawings, Termination drawings and Vendor drawings.

➢ Coordination and assistance to System Vendors and providing technical support, Assisting Third party inspectors.

➢ Conducting Toolbox Talks and motivating the team to work in a Health and Safety conscious manner abiding to the Work Permit Systems, Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies.

➢ Loop folder and work pack preparation.

➢ Well familiar with P&ID, ILD, PEFS Functional Logic Diagrams, Cause and Effect diagrams, Loop drawings, Termination drawings, Cable Schedules, Lay outs , Hook-up drawings.

➢ Panel wiring modifications on Live Panels for additional tie-in for additions and upgradations.
