Hi, this is Navin, I have built my career around one simple belief. Big change does not have to feel confusing or stressful when there is clear direction, strong structure and good teamwork. I started my career in technology and financial services where I quickly learned that the best results come from linking business goals with strong delivery. This way of thinking has shaped every role I have taken on since then.

Today, I focus on delivering large programs across banking, capital markets, wealth, payments and open finance. I have led major initiatives that involve business, regulatory, operational and technology change. I have worked with teams in the UK, UAE and the US, helping organizations update old systems, move to cloud platforms, use APIs and adopt Agile ways of working that last.

I enjoy solving complex and uncertain problems and turning them into clear plans and real progress. My leadership style is practical, structured, and focused on people.
