- Monitor the renewal of permits and licenses including trade license, chamber of commerce certificates of registration, civil defense certificate for the hotel, etc.
- Regularly advise, update and communicate any new law changes, procedures and all change related to ministerial and governmental announcements to senior management
- Support and assist the business in staff visa cancellations. Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees

- Coordinate with the clients and resolve the legal employment issues like ban, issues of visa stamping and medical tests etc.
- Conduct all visa related matters in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. Make suggestions and troubleshooting whenever required.
- Ensure that application and documents are submitted in a timely and cost efficient manner to the government authorities.
- Whenever required, follow-ups with PROs for pending documents required to process the employment visa/labour card. Such documents could be attesting education certificates, NOC letters, medical test, etc.
