Nisal is a strategic Quantity Surveyor with more than four years (4 years) of experience taking-off measurements; preparing Contracts and Tender documents; performing cost analysis for building projects and monitoring costs. Results-driven and motivated professional proficient in computer aided software. Committed to efficiently managing Commercial and Contractual aspects of the projects.

Enthusiastic to educate and gather knowledge, therefore currently following an MBA at Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK) for further knowledge, which is specialized in project management field.

I have been working almost for five years in the construction industry, also have been working in UAE projects for 2 years which drives me with more experience regarding the work carried out in UAE.

I'm a qualified Quantity Surveyor, with an BSc. Hons Degree from University of Salford UK, also I'm following an MBA program which is specialized in Project management.
