- Our team specializes in the development, maintenance, and coordination of BIM models and libraries using Autodesk Revit. We excel in LOD400-500 (4D) modeling of architectural envelopes and facades, with a particular focus on GRC, GRP, and supporting elements.
- We take the lead in conducting "clash detection and coordination" exercises to identify and resolve any conflicts that may arise when integrating our models with other disciplines.
- To ensure the highest level of accuracy and precision, we utilize Rhinoceros 3D software and grasshopper to create detailed 3D models.
- Preparation of comprehensive shop drawings, which include schedules for GRC and GRP material. Our shop drawings are meticulously crafted based on our clients' GA drawings, ensuring that all specifications and requirements are met.
- Prepare as built and redline drawings after taking site as built coordinated and updating the BIM model as per this data.

Assist with development, maintenance of BIM models and libraries using AUTO DESK REVIT - LOD400-450(4D) modeling of Architectural envelopes and facades (Metal cladding, ACP, GRC, GRP and supporting elements)
- Assist team for “clash detection” of models with other discipline and resolving the same.
- Preparation 3d models using Rhinoceros 3d.
- Preparation of complete shop drawings for projects and schedule of aluminum, steel, and composite materials from clients GA drawings.

- responsibilities encompass the meticulous preparation of comprehensive reinforcement details and bar bending schedules, meticulously derived from our clients' general arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Rebar detailing expertise extends to a wide range of substructure components, including foundations such as footings and pile caps, as well as superstructure elements like columns, walls (including core walls and shear walls), beams, slabs, and staircases. Throughout this process, work closely with the site engineer to ensure seamless coordination.
- To guarantee accuracy and adherence to project specifications, we diligently check the drawings and bar bending schedules, engaging in thorough discussions with the consultant to obtain their valuable approval prior to execution.
- Our commitment to quality extends beyond the approval stage, as we also undertake the crucial task of issuing the approved drawings for production.
- To further enhance efficiency and minimize potential clashes, we employ advanced 3D modeling techniques, meticulously examining the models to identify and resolve any conflicts before production commences.
