- Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the immigration / Labour office and tally sponsorships and re-submit to immigration / Labour office with relevant support documents
- Ensure that all relevant documents are submitted periodically to the immigration / Labour office with regard to cancelled / absconding employees in order to be deleted from the sponsorship list
- Monitor the renewal of permits and licenses including trading license, chamber of commerce certificates of registration, civil defence certificate, etc
- Coordinate with HR Connect team in Dubai office and assist in any work related to Government relations
- Independent management of own diary, to visit all company locations in Dubai
- Support and assist the business in staff visa cancellations
- Regularly advise, update and communicate any new law changes, procedures and all change related to ministerial and governmental announcements to senior management
- Provide general PRO support to departments for any activity involving the local authorities, including responsibilities for business licenses, permissions etc
- Maintain all labour contracts, Emirates ID, passport with visa copies and photos on the HR network and employee files.
