Padam Lal Bhandari is a Nepali development professional with over three decades of experience in agribusiness, agricultural policy reform, market systems development and institutional capacity strengthening. He currently serves as Senior Advisor at Swisscontact in Nepal. He also served as Adjunct Faculty at the Agriculture and Forestry University, Rampur.
