For the past Four years, I have worked as a UI/UX Designer, creating seamless web and mobile applications for various clients.

At Design

Company, I was responsible for the development and implementation of several new user facing products. I worked cross functionally with product and development teams to integrate a new customer support portal, leading to a 65% increase in customer satisfaction.

I am a passionate Designer with experience in wireframing, UI patterns, and user flows.

For the past year, I have worked as a UX Designer at Design Company. I helped develop tools such as a customizable management system and a new web portal. I am eager to apply my expertise to help build the next challaging Projects.

I am into many UI UX design projects. Worked with Agile Methodology and also scrum is the method used for a few applications. I designed Flowchart, Wireframes, Mockups and Prototypes for website and mobile application I do User Research, Empathy mapping, Define target audience, Ideate solutions, and set persona as per product requirements I worked in a fast-paced environment with 5 other team members I love simplifying experiences, listening to people, and coming up with creative solutions.

Implemented accessibility and responsiveness standards across the platform, by conducting audits and adding automated testing

I am guided by the principle that a good product solution is based on a balance between three aspects: business benefits, user convenience, and technical limitations. I am focused on human-centred design, backed by a broad knowledge of design patterns, iconography, typography and colour theory. Create concepts and visualise solutions in response to problems, ideas and opportunities that I extract from users and partners.

Drive my design decisions using research data, design principles, prototypes and the resulting user-testing insights.
