PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1. Asst. Project Manager - Oct. 2017 till date for a Main Contracting Firm, Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.

• Lead pre-tender analysis, including feasibility studies, cost estimation, incorporating contingency plans for risk mitigation, and bid evaluation to support strategic decision-making and competitive Bid submission.
• Conduct post-tender analysis, ensuring contract compliance, budget alignment, and scope validation to optimize project execution.
• Developed comprehensive Project Execution Plan (PEP) and strategies for awarded projects. Identify risks and develop risk management and mitigation plans to guide cluster of warehouses as well as luxurious villa construction projects, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
