• Co-ordinate facility related maintenance and repair work ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services, to include preventive & reactive maintenance, planned system overhauls, and all on-call repair services.
• Aggreko Generator Operating, Maintaining and ‘A’ servicing in JA facility. 
• Co-ordinate with Aggreko equipment installation such as a Gas engine test facility, Diesel engine test facility and HFO engine test facility in Jebel Ali facility.
• Scheduling, roll-out, execution & monitoring of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) in all facilities.
• Ensure the efficiency of preventive and reactive maintenance by appointed 3rd party providers/contractors (supervision).
• Daily monitoring of the FSR Portal (Facility Service Request) to complete & close the pending requests
• Ensure all facility related requirements are met in accordance with civil defense and local authorities.
• Coordinate with Procurement and purchase, LPO, i2B and store request.
• Maintenance related spare parts request maintaining stock. 
• Management & Supervision of civil, mechanical, electrical & retrofitting works.
• Preparation of Scope of Work & Cost Break-up.
• Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures as set by the company.
• Knowledge of fire control panel and fire system.

Job Description

• Adequate experience in installation of LV panels, Distribution board for lighting power panels, capacitor banks and troubleshooting of electrical services.
• Trouble shooting in building electrical system.
• Able to understand all the layouts and wiring diagram.
• Maintenance of HVAC systems like AHU’s, FCU’s spilt Ac, cassette type and chillers.

• Worked at WIENERBERGER Brick Industry Pvt. Ltd. Kunigal, Bangalore. 
• Worked as Operation & Maintenance Technician and Supervisor at Salarpuria Infozone (Infosys & SIEMENCE) and ALLSEC Technology Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore.
• Worked as Electrical Operation & Maintenance Technician in APC Pvt. Ltd Bangalore as a period of 1 and half year.

• Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens), sensors, photocell, Limit switch, VFD controls Wiring.
• Knowledge of star-delta starters, DOL starters, conveyer system, fully automatic plant Maintenance.
• Coordinate work with production engineers to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of breakdowns.
• Directing, instructing, and supervising maintenance technicians, electricians and fitters.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University, Karnataka, India
• I.T.I. in Electrician Training from Sri Kalikamba I.T.I, Karnataka, India
