• Review and monitor customer schedule and plan for cargo receiving and delivery (Deploying gang for Offloading, receiving, put away, picking, packing, and loading within time frame) 
• Overseeing daily cargo handling operations, including stowage planning, terminal activities and cargo and terminal handling.
• Coordinating with each vessel operator & Master to obtain necessary information require for berth arrangement.
• Reviewing and issuing stowage plans for various cargo types, such as export and transshipment cargoes.
• Provide WH daily loading & unloading Report, Storage, and Timesheet report (if any) to accounts depart. Monthly GRN &GDN Summary report. 
• Coordinate with Container terminal team for container placement plan. 
• Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on movement, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities. 
• Conduct briefing & de-briefing session at the start and before the end of their shift with all contracted agencies and staff members for smooth operations & ensure required workforce allocated.
• Make sure all safety/security measures are followed during operations and review staffs work execution are in order as expected.
• Ensure handling agency workforce and equipment attendance maintained and recorded on a daily basis
• Observe workers to detect inefficient or unsafe work procedures or to identify problems initiating corrective action as necessary
• Attend all customer services issues of cargo terminal and ensure prompt action to their complaints.
• Co-ordinate and inform concerned heads of departments and all related agencies in case of any emergencies/exigencies.
• Maintaining all inbound / transfer/ outbound in Warehouse operating system WMS (ATMS /E-Freight) for real time data capture and inventory keeping. 

OCEAN FAIR INTERNATIONAL GROUP FZE, UAE

• Responsible for about 100 million stock value which consisting 1200SKU’s and serving100+Retails.
• Actively managed Daily operations of Frozen, Dry and Chill warehouse.
• Handling import shipments for ship chandelling and food service from around 22countries.
• Managing team of 30+members for warehouse operations and 2 members for inventory Team.
• Regular follow up with customers and stakeholders for Recalls, defective Reports and returns on time.
• Develop and build KPIs, SLAs, and SOPs. Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance.
• Handling local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
• Ensure that the ERP is maintained and operating effectively and efficiently from an inventory and logistics point of view.
• Ensure automated replenishment is fully operational and working efficiently in all stores.
• Ensure timely identification implementation of corrective action of damages or stock discrepancies.

• Single handedly facilitated export and local relocation for individual clients and corporate clients including scheduling of crew, vehicle fleet management, storage, and abiding delivery timelines.
• Ensure smooth documentation with regards to import and export of cargo.
• Municipality Inspection, FIRS and destruction creation & Follow up Shipment clearance, Bill of Entry, MOF payment, Documentation, Discharge status, Token creation, Truck arrangement
• Supervise the warehouse team for timely and efficient completion of day-to-day activities such as Goods Inward, Order preparation, Dispatch.
• Liaising between clients, forwarders/liners, destination agents.
• Ensure resources like storage space, manpower and MHE are efficiently maintained and utilized.
