Welcome the customers of Accidental vehicles on cash and also insured vehicle customer services understand and listen carefully to their request and concerns.
Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
Estimates and approval from customers.
Collection of the relevant documents from the Insured / Participant.
Obtains insurance estimates by contacting insurance companies; reviewing damage estimates with insurance adjuster; resolving repair and replacement requirements.
Provide clear estimation for Insurance / Takaful surveyor.
Getting the surveyed / Inspected by the authorized Insurance / Takaful surveyors & settlement.
Prepares work orders by describing repair and replacement services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering into work management system.
Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging temporary transportation.
Maintains body shop records by recording repair and replacement actions.
Preparation of final bills through account department.
Delivery of vehicles to the Insured / Participant after Re-inspection & receiving the payments of depreciation.
