Job Description

• Thorough knowledge about different type of oil, gas, chemical and offshore plants through P&IDs.
• Preparing the P&ID Using AutoCAD plant 3D.
• Advanced knowledge about design/drafting principles and practices with extensive and comprehensive knowledge in areas of specialization
• Is responsible for the accuracy of bulk material quantity take-offs and material requisitions for materials applicable to the discipline.
• Works with senior designers in other disciplines to coordinate overall design and technical requirements.
• Develops work plans, budgets, and schedules for basic designer tasks based on input and direction from supervisor in designated discipline.
•  Answer questions from client or construction group on design scope within assigned responsibility.
• Senior level Piping Designer with good layout skill and excellent working knowledge of the 3D modelling software.
• To prepare the Isometric drawings of structural & pipelines.
• Produce plot plans and equipments arrangement plans
• Thorough knowledge about marine and mechanical engineering drawings.
• Final Quality Check.
• Preparing the pipe marker, equipment, valve, and instrumentation tag database based on Smart plant or Naviswork and P&IDs,
• Preparing IMO and Safety signs based on plot plans.
• Detailed drawings of fire & safety, awareness about safety precautions of.
• Finding the suitable solution for adding and modifying in the existing projects and execution.
