Heating ventilation air conditioning,
➢ Hard core knowledge in design of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire fighting systems for commercial / residential buildings etc. including FM200 systems, Deluge systems & Foam system
➢ Design of HVAC systems such as chilled water systems, VRV systems, DX systems, Car park/Smoke ventilation systems, Kitchen ventilation systems etc
Supervising Manpower at site and arranging them in accordance with the daily required activities.
➢ Monitoring Site Progress and providing input to Planning Engineer on weekly Basis.
➢ Scheduling of delivery of materials and shop drawings (Approvals, Project
Procurement Deliverable status and Delivery of Materials). Follow up with the supplier to ensure delivery on time.
➢ Preparation of Project documents such as Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Pump head calculation, ESP calculation, Equipment selection, Method of Statements,
Estimations, BOQ, Test procedures, Close out….etc.
➢ Coordination with other services either at site or through preparation of
Coordination Drawings.
➢ Attend Technical meetings to understand about the Project Status & to resolve
Techincal issue that arises. Preparation of response to NCR, Raising Technical
Queries.
➢ Inspecting the Executed works and Received materials on site by the Consultant.
➢ Preparation of Monthly Progress Invoice and following up with the Consultant/Main
Contractor till payment certificate is released.
➢ Project related correspondence with Main Contractor, Consultant and Sub
Contractor (If applicable) in order to update variations as per the new requirement which may arise during Project Execution.
➢ Monitoring Services and Mechanical Equipment installaiton works Ensuring that it is installed according to Manufacturers Specifications & Recommendations and
Provide it with necessary Hook up.
➢ AutoCAD, MS-OFFICE, HAP, McQuay Duct Sizer, McQuay Pipe Sizer,
Beta Air Terminal Selector, Psychometric Chart Analyzer, Zamil Software for AC Equipment
