• Carry out investigation of Accidents/Incidents and making reports and submitting the same to Corporate Office on situations like: Theft, Fighting, Drug, Smuggling/Contraband, Weapons, Sexual Harassment, Fraudulent Documents etc.

Investigation of all incidents amongst passengers and crew and provided detailed investigation for each case.

Monitor customer safety during boarding and deplaning and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner & Assist in ramp set up and storage of equipment and baggage.
