My name is Rajul.I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate having 9 years of work experience in manufacturing industry. I am currently working Emirates Glass LLC, Dubai as a product Quality controller . I am a certified lead auditor in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

I started my career as production planing and control engineer in VKC group. My main responsibility was to Prioritized and organized tasks to efficiently accomplish service goals.Developed template to track costs and identify unnecessary process, resulting in operating costs reduction .Tracked and replenished inventory to maintain par levels.Managed work force utilization, space requirements and workflow.Created and implemented production schedules to meet pick-up times.

For the past 7 years working in Emirates Glass LLC, Dubai as product quality controller. My main responsibility is to Performed detailed inspections and standardized tests on product samples to assess compliance with tolerances. Audited internal processes and procedures for quality and compliance purposes based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.Checked production performance for compliance with process standards.Managed quality operations to comply with contracts, company policies and safety protocols.Maintained quality management structure by conducting continues reviews.Evaluated data and create reports to indicate deviations from standards.
